Sales Executive - Southern - US

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on sales professional to help build its business in the Southeast and South Central US regions and will report to the VP of Sales. The successful candidate will have excellent conceptual selling skills for a value-add product that is sold via a consultative sales process. Experience selling building materials is a plus. The ideal candidate will be located in one of the regions, preferably either Florida, Texas, or adjacent states and will have previous experience working with builders, designers, and ownership groups in the region.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years sales experience selling a value-add product that requires a change in practice.
    Demonstrated history of closing business and hitting sales quotas.
  • Experience in selling market-changing products that require paradigm shift
  • Demonstrated sales success in a consultative sales environment with exceptional customer references.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well versed in selling methodologies such as Miller-Heiman.
  • Able to read construction drawings.
  • College degree.
  • Track record of nurturing professional relationships with customers based on a consultative, problem solving approach.

Project Manager

We are seeking an internal project manager to coordinate and lead all aspects of new contracted projects from the sales team through engineering & production, until final delivery to the customer job site. Eggrock’s business involves the delivery of customized, pre-built bathroom pods to new commercial construction projects. This is an important and unique position that requires a combination of skills in project management, sales, engineering, customer service and logistics. This position will interface with virtually all company departments as well as being the first point of contact for the customer. This position will act as the customer advocate within the organization, and will have direct responsibility for ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish within Eggrock. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable influencing others as well as “pushing back” when appropriate. The successful candidate will also be very organized and able to track the status and critical paths of multiple projects at the same time and ensure all projects stay on schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required in a related field, no exceptions. Candidates without a Bachelor degree will not be considered.
  • Four to Seven years experience in a project management position required
  • Experience conducting training & presentations
  • Excellent organizational skills, comfortable with planning and logistics. Proficient in project management software.
  • Excellent customer interaction skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong Planning, Analytical and computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Web, etc)

Director of Materials

We are seeking an experienced Director of Materials who will be accountable for planning, organizing and directing the purchasing, planning and control, and receiving of all materials processed through the manufacturing facility to ensure the lowest possible cost, acceptable product quality and maintenance of customer service levels. This is a hands-on role, providing leadership and support for production and technical issues associated with the supply chain process.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • BS or other technical degree and minimum of 10 years of materials leadership success in high paced manufacturing industries;
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully source/select vendors/supply chain partners, and negotiating pricing/terms with suppliers;
  • Strong hands-on expertise with implementing and sustaining ERP systems;
  • Leadership skills with a style that mentors his/her team and engages and involves the entire enterprise in business success;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the flexibility to operate well in a rapidly changing and often high-stress environment
