Eggrock Awarded Contract for New Courtyard Marriott:
New Bathroom Design Showcased
CONCORD, Mass. – October 23, 2006 – Eggrock LLC, the U.S. leader in pre-built bathrooms for the hotel and residential markets, announced that it was awarded a contract for 97 bathrooms for a new Courtyard Marriott in Midland Texas. Bathrooms are to be installed in March 2007.
One unique aspect of this project is the replacement of bathtubs with showers. Eggrock designed the bathroom to achieve this goal and received special approval from Marriott for the new design.

Traditionally, bathrooms are expensive to build on-site and are a major cause of construction delays and quality problems. Building each hotel bathroom at the construction site requires at least eight different specialty trades to complete – all within a small, confined space.
Eggrock bathrooms are built in a controlled manufacturing facility and delivered to the site complete with finished floor and wall tiles, paint, wallpaper, all fixtures, lighting, and electrical outlets all in place. Even the towel bars and paper holders are installed. Installation takes about two hours of hook-up time, eliminating delays, risk of damage, and rework.
