Eggrock Receives Orders from one of Canada’s
Top Hotel Development Companies

LITTLETON, Mass. – June 9, 2008 – Eggrock LLC, the leader in pre-built bathrooms for the hotel market, announced that it received an order for 370 hotel bathrooms in the metro Toronto area. The hotels include a Marriott SpringHill Suites and a Hilton Garden Inn. Easton’s Group of Companies in Markham, Ontario, one of Canada’s most respected hotel development companies, is developing both properties.

Traditionally, bathrooms are expensive to build on-site and are a major cause of construction delays and quality problems. Building each hotel bathroom at the construction site requires at least eight different specialty trades to complete – all within a small, confined space.

Eggrock solves these problems by building bathrooms in a controlled manufacturing facility and delivering them to the construction site complete with finished floor and wall tiles, paint, wallpaper, fixtures, lighting, and electrical outlets all in place.
