Eggrock Presents New Bathroom at Hilton Meeting

LITTLETON, Mass. – July17, 2007 – Eggrock LLC, the U.S. leader in pre-built bathrooms for the hotel market, announced that it presented its new Hilton Garden Inn bathroom at Hilton Hotel’s Owner Orientation in El Segundo California. The bathroom was presented jointly with Legacy Hospitality, an experienced Hilton franchisee who was the first to install Eggrock’s bathroom in its new Hilton Garden Inn located in Albuquerque, NM. Legacy anticipates that the pre-built bathroom will reduce construction time by two months, reducing construction loan interest expense and speeding hotel opening.

Traditionally, bathrooms are expensive to build on-site and are a major cause of construction delays and quality problems. Building each hotel bathroom at the construction site requires at least eight different specialty trades to complete – all within a small, confined space.

Eggrock solves these problems by building bathrooms in a controlled manufacturing facility and delivering them to the construction site complete with finished floor and wall tiles, paint, wallpaper, fixtures, lighting, and electrical outlets all in place.
