Eggrock Receives Order for Marriott Pre-Built Bathrooms

LITTLETON, Mass. – August 8, 2007 – Eggrock LLC, the U.S. leader in pre-built bathrooms for the hotel market, announced that it received an order for 113 bathrooms for a new Marriott SpringHill Suites to be built in Statesboro, Georgia. The bathrooms will be installed in the fall of 2007.

Traditionally, bathrooms are expensive to build on-site and are a major cause of construction delays and quality problems. Building each hotel bathroom at the construction site requires at least eight different specialty trades to complete – all within a small, confined space.

Eggrock solves these problems by building bathrooms in a controlled manufacturing facility and delivering them to the construction site complete with finished floor and wall tiles, paint, wallpaper, fixtures, lighting, and electrical outlets all in place.
