Eggrock Awarded Bathroom Contract for New Hilton Garden Inn
CONCORD, Mass. – January 24, 2007 – Eggrock LLC, the U.S. leader in pre-built bathrooms for the hotel and residential markets, announced that it was awarded a contract for 153 bathrooms for a new Hilton Garden Inn in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Bathrooms are to be installed in May 2007. The bathrooms were purchased by the hotel developer, ALFA Legacy Construction, Inc of Albuquerque, NM.

Traditionally, bathrooms are expensive to build on-site and are a major cause of construction delays and quality problems. Building each hotel bathroom at the construction site requires at least eight different specialty trades to complete – all within a small, confined space.
Eggrock bathrooms are built in a controlled manufacturing facility and delivered to the site complete with finished floor and wall tiles, paint, wallpaper, all fixtures, lighting, and electrical outlets all in place. Even the towel bars and paper holders are installed. Installation takes about two hours of hook-up time, eliminating delays, risk of damage, and rework.
