Overview:
Eggrock bathrooms are designed for easy integration into the architect’s specifications and stamped drawings, with all files done in standard .dwg format for use with all major drawing programs. Eggrock provides detailed drawings showing both the floor plan and elevations for all bathrooms.

Features of Note:
- Eggrock bathrooms are not part of the fire-rated wall system. Our bathrooms are non-combustible, non-load-bearing assemblies that are positioned within the room envelope.
- Eggrock will review the architect’s MEP design to ensure that field hook-up will be feasible and trouble-free. Occasionally, Eggrock will suggest minor changes to pipe locations to simplify final installation.
- Eggrock falls under section 13.26.40 of the CSI code.
- Eggrock bathrooms do not require a floor depression. All floors are engineered precisely thin enough to ensure less-than 1/2” transition. Even the ground floor does not require a slab depression.
