Features of Note:
- Eggrock bathrooms do not require a floor depression. All floors are engineered precisely thin enough to ensure less-than 1/2” transition. Even the ground floor does not require a slab depression.
- Bathrooms are delivered by Eggrock to the job site according to your construction schedule, then installed by the GC.
- To budget installation costs, assume a team of four laborers can place 40 bathrooms per day. Plumber needs four man-hrs to hook-up. Electrician needs 1/2 hr.
- Delivery is made per the GC’s schedule. All Eggrock bathrooms are built ahead of time so they are always ready when needed.
- Eggrock provides all the lifting and moving equipment except for the crane or boom truck.
- Bathrooms are slid in from the side (for concrete buildings) or dropped in from above (for timber frame structures).
- Eggrock provides pricing per complete unit and will provide the GC with a breakdown by trade to help illustrate how costs break out for each trade.
