Overview:
Eggrock bathrooms are delivered to the job site with all walls open for easy access and to allow normal site inspection of all electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). Eggrock pre-builds bathrooms in a controlled setting in full compliance with the International Building Code 2003, the International Mechanical Code, and the International Plumbing Code.

Features of Note:
- Eggrock bathrooms are fully built modules that are not part of the fire-rated building assembly. The bathrooms are non-combustible, non-load-bearing assemblies that reside within a previously constructed-in-place, fire-rated wall, floor, and ceiling assembly.
- Interior wall and ceiling finishes meet ASTM E-84 Smoke Development Index to the specified building use group according to the IBC 2003 Table 803.5.
- Installation is performed by licensed plumbing and electrical contractors.
- Factory test data is available to the local AHJ upon request.
